Former Ghana youth international Moses Odjer has completed his move to Italian Serie C side Ascoli Calcio in the January transfer window.The 28-year-old signed a deal to join the Black and White on a one-year contract on transfer deadline day.The experienced midfielder, who has played 260 matches in the Italian lower leagues, moves to Ascoli from Pianese.Odjer will wear the number 33 jersey at his new club."Ascoli Calcio 1898 FC SpA announces that it has definitively acquired the sporting services of Moses Odjer from Pianese. A midfielder with undisputed experience arrives in black and white, with over 130 appearances in Serie B (including 113 in the four and a half years at Salernitana) and the same number in Serie C with Palermo, Foggia and Pianese, the clubs he comes from with which in the first part of the season he scored two goals and an assist," the club posted announcing his arrival.The hardworking midfielder, who became an Italian at the begin of the year, was part of the Ghana U20 team that finished third at the FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey in 2013.
