GFA invests in talent identification with new scouting program

Mintah, Desmond Ofei, and Papa Nii Lartey leading the sessions, the program seeks to create a network of well-trained scouts capable of discovering and nurturing young talents across the Greater Accra, Central, Western, Eastern, and Volta regions.By investing in the development of its scouting network, the GFA aims to strengthen Ghana’s football talent pipeline and ensure a more structured approach to player development. The training will conclude on February 7, with participants expected to implement their new knowledge in their respective regions.
