Dutch-Ghanaian striker Myron Boadu marked his return to VfL Bochum with a bang, scoring a goal and providing an assist in a 4-2 friendly win over Preußen Münster.Fresh off an injury layoff, the striker made an impact in the first half, only for muscular issues to force him off the pitch early. Thankfully, the setback was short-lived, and he’s already back on track.Head coach Dieter Hecking downplayed the concern, calling it a "slight hardening" that three days of rest resolved.Boadu rejoined team training on Monday, gearing up for Friday’s Bundesliga clash with Bayer Leverkusen. Still, questions linger about his stamina."He also needs the fitness to play longer at Bundesliga level," Hecking noted, adding, "If you play him from the start, you might be unlucky and have to make a substitution after 35 or 40 minutes."For now, Bochum fans will hope Boadu’s flair can shine through without another early exit.
