Kurt Okraku leads Ghana-Saudi Arabia football partnership renewal

Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku has reaffirmed his commitment to football development by spearheading the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the GFA and the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) for another two years.The renewed agreement strengthens cooperation between the two football bodies, focusing on key areas such as technical and coaching exchanges, youth and women’s football development, international friendly matches, and club partnerships.Okraku, who has been instrumental in driving Ghana’s football development agenda, emphasised the significance of the collaboration in expanding opportunities for Ghanaian football.“This renewed MoU symbolizes our commitment to strengthening football development through collaboration. By working with SAFF, we will open new doors for talent, infrastructure, and innovation,” Okraku stated.His leadership has been widely recognized for fostering international partnerships aimed at improving football structures in Ghana. The collaboration with SAFF is expected to further enhance Ghana’s technical capacity and infrastructure while providing a global platform for players and coaches.The partnership aligns with Okraku’s broader vision of positioning Ghanaian football on the world stage through strategic alliances and innovation.
