Thomas Partey frustrated after Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Brighton

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has expressed his frustration after the team's 1-1 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion. The result saw Arsenal drop crucial points in their pursuit of league leaders Liverpool.Partey admitted that the team was disappointed with the outcome, but emphasised the importance of staying focused."We were sad, frustrated, everybody was down, but that's part of football. We wanted to win and keep the momentum going, but at the end of the day, we didn't get it," Partey said.Despite the disappointment, Partey found a positive in the result, noting that Arsenal did not lose. He then stressed the need for improvement and resilience, urging his teammates to elevate their performances."We have to try our best and win these games because they're the most important ones. It's not easy against good sides, and to win, you have to be perfect," Partey said.Arsenal's next challenge comes in the EFL Cup semifinal against Newcastle United on Tuesday, January 7, a match that promises to be a stern test for Mikel Arteta's side.
