Ghanaian attacker Kwaku Karikari nets first league goal in AC Horsens away draw

Ghanaian attacker Kwaku Karikari netted his first league goal for Danish club AC Horsens when they drew against Hvidovre IF on Friday evening.The home team came from behind to earn a point in the Danish First Division round 8 match after a 3-3 stalemate with Horsens at the Hvidovre Stadium.Horsens took the lead in the fixture through midfielder Sanders Ngado after 32 minutes, but Hvidovre equalized a few minutes later after Frederik Hogh Jensen converted a penalty kick.The visitors regained their advantage in the match just before the half-time break when Sebastian Pingel scored from the spot.Moments into the second half, Karikari increased the advantage for Horsens with a beautiful chip over the goalkeeper after receiving a nice pass from Pingel.Danish midfielder Christian Jakobsen reduced the deficit in the 76th minute before Hogh Jensen drew level with a goal in stoppage-time.Danish-born Ghanaian forward Jeffrey Papayaw Adjei-Broni starred in the game for Hvidovre after coming on in the second half.Karikari, who joined Horsens this summer from Serbian side Jedinstvo Ub, has scored twice and assisted another after 8 appearances across all competitions.
