Legon Cities FC Communications Director Kwame Dwomoh Agyeman has opened up about the massive media attention the club received following the signing of Ghana football legend Asamoah Gyan in 2020.Gyan, who returned to the Ghana Premier League after 17 years, joined the club on a loan deal on November 1, 2020.Although Gyan made only six appearances without scoring, his signing brought a significant boost in visibility for the club. Dwomoh Agyeman emphasised the influence Gyan had on their brand due to his global football stature.“It gave us a lot of attention naturally, it gave us a lot of media buzz. If you look at the profile of someone like Asamoah Gyan, that’s huge.
