Ghanaian forward Prince Kwabena Adu joins Czech giants Viktoria Plzen

In a significant transfer move, Ghanaian forward Prince Kwabena Adu has joined Czech Republic giants FC Viktoria Plzen on a three-year deal.The 20-year-old, who previously showcased his talents at Bechem United and Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih FC, will now ply his trade for the renowned Czech club until the summer of 2027.Plzen officially announced the signing of Adu on their website, marking the latest addition to their squad.The club expressed their excitement about the acquisition, highlighting Adu's potential and the positive impact he is expected to make.Adu's journey to Plzen is particularly interesting as he recently faced the Czech club in the Europa League qualifiers.In the first leg, he managed to find the net against Plzen, showcasing his goal-scoring ability.Now, he will be wearing the club's colours and aiming to contribute to their success.While Adu will not be eligible to feature in Plzen's upcoming Europa League playoff against Hearts of Midlothian due to transfer regulations, his arrival marks a promising addition to the club's roster.The former Ghana U20 player signed Kryvbas in Ukraine in August 2023 after an impressive spell at Belarusian side FC Isloch.
