etPawa on Tuesday announced the expansion of its Locker Room Bonus initiative to the Ghana Women's FA Cup.Starting from the Round of 16 stage of the 2024-25 season, players will receive a GH¢400 cash reward for each victory.Additionally, three members of the technical team per match will also benefit from this financial incentive.Previously, the Locker Room Bonus was exclusive to the Ghana Premier League, where it has been a significant boost to player morale and motivation.Since its inception two seasons ago, the Locker Room Bonus has seen significant investment from betPawa.In the 2023-24 Premier League season alone, the company disbursed a total of GH¢1.23 million to players from 17 of the 18 participating teams.Beyond financial rewards, betPawa has also made substantial contributions to the development of Ghanaian football.The company funded the construction of an AstroTurf pitch at the GFA Technical Centre in Prampram, providing a world-class training facility for young talents.The success of the Locker Room Bonus in Ghana has inspired its adoption in neighbouring countries like Rwanda and Uganda.
