Galamsey: Address Ghanaians on environmental crisis – Minority to Akufo-Addo

The Minority in Parliament has called for President Akufo-Addo to address the nation regarding the severe impact of illegal mining, or galamsey, on Ghana rsquo;s environment. This demand comes amid growing concerns over the destruction of water bodies, farmlands, and forest reserves caused by uncontrolled mining activities.
