Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Boateng joins Turkish side Gaziantep FK

Turkish Super Lig side Gaziantep FK has bolstered its attack by acquiring Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Boateng.The club has secured the striker on a 1.5-year deal, marking an exciting new chapter for both Boateng and Gaziantep FK.The signing ceremony, attended by club president Memik Yılmaz, officially welcomed the 27-year-old to the Gaziantep family.The club expressed its optimism by saying, "We welcome Emmanuel Boateng to our club and wish him great success under our crest."Boateng began his career with Charity Stars before making European waves with Rio Ave in 2014.His career highlights include stints with Moreirense, Levante, and DL Yifang, where his pace, dribbling, and clinical finishing became his trademarks.Over his career, Boateng has notched 54 goals and 24 assists in 260 matches, earning 7 caps and 1 goal for the Black Stars.He also earned four caps and scored 1 goal for the U-20 side.Boateng is set to start training with his new teammates and will be match-ready when the transfer window reopens.
