The Football Association has started Module II of the CAF Licence B Coaching Course at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence as part of efforts to improve coaching standards and football development in the country.A total of 25 participants are taking part in the final phase of the course, which involves ten days of intensive training sessions aimed at improving their technical knowledge and practical coaching skills.The programme forms part of the GFA’s coach education pathway focused on strengthening the technical foundation of Ghana football from grassroots to elite level.GFA Technical Director Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah is supervising the course alongside CAF instructors Abukari Damba, Charles Anokye Frimpong and Edward Gyamfi Acheampong.Participants are undergoing both theoretical and practical sessions covering modern coaching methods, tactical awareness, player development, game management and player psychology.The Football Association believes the programme will help produce more qualified coaches capable of meeting modern football demands and improving player development across the country.Module II of the course will end on May 13, 2026. Participants will then undertake a mandatory one-month internship before receiving their CAF Licence B certification upon successful completion.
