Hawks for Healthcare event produces outstanding fundraising total

A successful partnership between the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Trenton Golden Hawks has continued with another great fundraising haul at a recent event. The recent Hawks for Healthcare event on Family Day, February 17 at the Duncan McDonald Community Gardens, garnered $5,700 in fundraising dollars for TMHF. The funds were collected through donations from attendees, a jersey auction, and other fundraising activities. All proceeds will go to support improvements to the hospital’s busy emergency department, which sees 35,000 visits annually.
