Psychiatrist signed on to Belleville’s Doctor Recruitment Program

The City of Belleville has added a key element to its Belleville Doctor Recruitment Program In conjunction with Quinte Health, the city is pleased to announce the signing of Dr. Katherine McArthur into the Belleville Doctor Recruitment Program. In a media release from the city, Dr. McArthur was described as someone whose considerable skills will complement the hard-working mental health team at Quinte Health. “I value empathy and compassion when working with those who have mental health challenges and look forward to supporting Belleville and the surrounding community as a psychiatrist,” said Dr. Katherine McArthur.
