Belleville Police looking to identify male in suspicious incident

The Belleville Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male involved in a suspicious incident. On August 8th (Friday) at approximately 11:45am, a male was observed approaching and speaking with a young girl on Frank Street. It appeared that the male did not know the child and he quickly left the area. The child is described as black, with a thin build, and was wearing a blue shirt. The man is the one pictured with this story. Officers canvassed the area and are looking to speak with both parties involved. Anyone with information is asked to contact...
