Serious collision on Hwy 401 in South Dundas Township

The Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry (SD&G) Detachment of the OPP is investigating a serious collision on Highway 401 Eastbound West of the Morrisburg (County Road 31) off ramp.  On Friday, August 15th, 2025, at approximately 10:20 a.m., a multi-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 401 Eastbound West of the Morrisburg (County Road 31) off ramp which involved three commercial motor vehicles. Traffic was slowed in the area due to the highway closure east of Morrisburg. Officers with the Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry (SD&G) Detachment of the OPP, the South Dundas Fire Department and Cornwall SDG Paramedics responded to the collision. Two vehicle occupants...
