Belleville Council will consider providing some financial relief to Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward Hastings at its meeting on Monday. A partial building permit fee waiver of $200,000 from the federal Housing Accelerator Fund is on the table to support the development of 66 residential units on 93 Dundas Street East.
