Broadband internet expansion project construction on County Rd. 49

Prince Edward County residents are being made aware of some minor traffic disruptions as part of County Rd. 49 construction this week. The work is part of the Rogers Communications Broadband Expansion project and will be completed in the area of Bethesda Road between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday over the next two weeks. County officials are informing the public that single lane closures may take place during the work.
