The City of Belleville says that you will never be contacted by text, phone, or email regarding Automated Speed Enforcement Tickets or parking tickets. You will only be contacted by mail. The City continues to receive reports of fraudulent text messages claiming to be issuing speed camera and parking tickets. These text messages are a scam.
