Beyond the Headlines - September 11 and Operation Yellow Ribbon

As services to mark 9/11 are held across North America today, I think it's time to remember some of the lessons learned from that fateful day in 2001. We gained renewed appreciation that day and the days that followed for the bravery and professionalism of our first responders. We saw resilience in the face of New Yorkers and people right across the Nation not to surrender to terrorists.
