Huskies double and dispatch Chiefs

The Frankford Huskies are moving on to the PJHL Tod Division Final. Evan Erwin registered four points, and Ty McCambridge netted a pair of goals in the Huskies 4-2 Game 7 win over the Lakefield Chiefs. Gage Butcher scored Frankford’s other goal, while Brandon Mann, Ryan Turney, Jakob Gardner and Spencer Stanutz also scratched the scoresheet with assists. Dean Spry made 27 saves as the Huskies outshot Lakefield 37-29. Frankford will now tangle with the Napanee Raiders in the third round, and will hold home-ice advantage. A schedule will be determined in the coming days....
