Naomi Saunders honoured with Quinte’s Kindness Citizen of the Year Award

The Violence Awareness and Random Acts of Kindness Program along with the Quinte Mall and Charms Diamond Centres have named Naomi Saunders of Frankford as Quinte’s Kindness Citizen of the Year. The Violence Awareness and Random Acts of Kindness Program officials announced on Tuesday morning.
