Chard, Concert, & Zenterra Among 2025 Georgie Awards Winners

The 2025 Georgie Awards gala was held this past weekend, the 33rd edition of the awards that are held by the Canadian Homebuilders Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC) to honour excellence in BC's homebuilding industry.The awards were once again held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver, on March 22, this time with a Dr. Seuss-inspired theme, after last year's theme of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. "The 2025 Georgie Awards winners continue to set a new benchmark for home building excellence in our industry," said CHBA BC CEO Neil Moody in a press release. "Despite economic and regulatory challenges, these builders, renovators, and designers have demonstrated resilience and ingenuity, delivering projects that elevate BC's residential landscape. Their achievements highlight CHBA BC members' commitment to quality and innovation, which defines our industry."To be eligible for Georgie Awards, nominees have to be members of CHBA BC's eight affiliate associations throughout BC and all projects have to be built, renovated, developed, created, or marketed — depending on the category — between January 1, 2023 and October 31, 2024.According to CHBA BC, the winners were selected by an independent panel of industry professionals from outside of BC and the results were verified by Renaissance Group CPA Ltd.This year's awards consisted of 53 categories and the winners are as follows.Best Single-Family Detached Home up to 2,500 Sq.
