Property stolen in Tyendinaga Township recovered by OPP in Tweed

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit has recovered a stolen trailer and other items in Tweed less than 12-hours after the theft was reported in Tyendinaga Township. Shortly after 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2025, a theft was reported at a construction site on Phillips Road in Tyendinaga Township. It's believed the large, enclosed trailer was taken around 3:00 a.m. that morning. Also taken were custom windows power tools and other equipment.
