Bellevile seeking input on new Elgin Park playground

The City of Belleville is now seeking feedback from residents on the construction of a new playground at Elgin Park. Elgin Park is located at the corner of Sidney Street and Moira Street West. The previous playground at the park was removed over a decade ago. The park was identified as a gap in the Parkland and Recreation Master Plan in 2022 and construction of a new playground was approved during 2025 capital budget considerations last October.
