Kingston police searching for missing person

Kingston Police are seeking public assistance in locating a missing person who was last seen on Saturday evening. Police say 49-year-old Shannon Mingo was last seen in the area of Charles Street and Montreal Street at 6:30 p.m. They are described as 5’0 with a medium build and shoulder-length red-dyed hair.  They were last seen wearing a pink hooded sweater, black pants and black shoes.  They are known to frequent the area of Princess Street and Montreal Street.  Anyone with information regarding Shannon Mingo's whereabouts is asked to contact the Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. 0.
