We’re Hiring! Social Media Coordinator Wanted

Do you love social media? Are you looking for a flexible, work-from-home, part-time job? Family Fun Canada Inc. is looking for a Social Media Coordinator. This entry-level role is perfect for a motivated, organized, and social media-savvy person looking to grow their skills while creating and sharing engaging content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines. An initiative-taking, analytical and inquisitive mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills will do well in this role. Responsibilities include: Planning, creating, and scheduling social media content based on events, event guides, and other brand campaigns that reflect our brand’s family-focused mission across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Responding to comments and fostering audience engagement. Collaborating with internal teams to create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Working with the management and editorial teams to learn and implement creative ways to engage our audience. Staying up to date on social media trends and tools for the dual purposes of identifying opportunities for improvement and for tracking and analyzing content performance to offer insights and recommendations. This role also involves covering PR events and openings to facilitate social storytelling. What do you bring to the table? Experience creating engaging social media content, including video. Are you new to the industry? No worries - We will consider your personal content or blog-based work as experience!) A strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as best practices for content creation, scheduling, and engagement. A knack for creating relatable, engaging messages and adapting messages for different platforms. Familiarity with basic graphic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva or CapCut) for creating visually appealing posts and video clips. Proficiency with social media management tools.
