Beyond the Headlines - HART hub announcement in Belleville

A promise made is worth celebrating when that promise is finally delivered, and not before. Many, many times over the past year I have questioned the delays in fulfilling a promise made to Belleville in the aftermath of the overdose emergency last February. Yesterday, those words went from promise to progress and soon to proof. Bay of Quinte MPP Tyler Allsopp brought the good news to the friendly city that one of the HART (Homeless and Addiction Recovery Treatment) hubs would be located in Belleville.
