Bay of Quinte MP Ryan Williams says very little has changed with the resignation of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He says we now have a Prime Minister that will "eventually" resign, and a process that will eventually lead to an election. Until then, he says proroguing parliament just means that things are suspended and we can't make any more progress, and all business of the government is dropped and effectively lost.
