Raiders fall in shootout

The Napanee Raiders earned a single point in a back-to-back game situation, but fell 3-2 in a shootout to the Lakefield Chiefs. The Raiders jumped ahead 2-0 in the first and held the lead until it was erased in the third. Michael Patrick and Matthew Airhart had the goals and Denholm Blair made 35 saves in the setback. The host Chiefs outshot Napanee 38-25 in the game. The Trent Hills Thunder host Port Hope at 4 p.m. and the Picton Pirates visit Amherstview at 7:25 on Sunday....
