Quinte West OPP officer injured during arrest

A 27-year-old from Campbellford has been charged after an Officer with Quinte West OPP was injured during an arrest following a collision. Officers from the Quinte West Detachment, as well as Hastings-Quinte Paramedics and Quinte West Firefighters responded to River Drive, near Fish and Game Club Road, shortly after noon on Saturday. A vehicle had left the road and rolled over. Both occupants managed to get out of the vehicle. A male passenger from the vehicle became aggressive with first responders.
