Police looking into historic sexual assault in Huntsville

The Huntsville OPP is continuing its investigation into a sexual assault from July 2015. Police say the victim was seven years old at the time and reported what happened in Oct. 2023. They add there may be more victims, so they are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. An OPP sketch artist assisted the investigation by working with the victim and created a likeness of the suspect. Anyone with information is being asked to call the Huntsville OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or report anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
