The City of Belleville is pleased to announce that the eight new pickleball courts at Clifford Sonny Belch Park (formerly Hillcrest) are now open. The courts will operate from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (subject to change) and run on a first-come-first-served basis. To ensure fair and proper use, they are asking ask that participants maintain 20-30 minutes of playtime if others are waiting to use the facilities and abide by the following rules of participation: Courts are to be used for pickleball only – no skateboards, bikes, scooters or other wheeled devices (with the exception of wheelchairs) are permitted...
