Charges dismissed against Freedom Convoy protester after judge ruled police violated his rights

Ben Spicer, a participant in the 2022 Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa, has had all charges against him dropped after an Ontario judge ruled that his Charter rights were violated during his arrest and detention.
