Careless driving charge laid following crash north of Picton

A Picton woman faces a careless driving charge following a crash on Tuesday. Officers with Prince Edward OPP responded to the crash site on County Road-4, north of Tripp Road, just after 10:00 p.m. on the night of Tuesday, October 29, 2024. A car had left the road and struck a tree. One person was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Three young children in the car had no reported injuries. The driver, a 34-year-old woman from Picton, has been charged with careless driving. Her name was not released....
