Elderly man who went missing found safely in Kingston

An elderly male who went missing in Kingston early Friday morning has been found safetly following an extensive and widespread search effort. On November 8, 2024, at approximately 1:25 a.m. members of the Kingston Police Patrol Division responded to a report of a vulnerable elderly male who had gone missing from his residence located in the downtown area of the city. Responding officers learned that the male was discovered missing by his spouse around 12:25 a.m. Members of the male’s family searched the area unsuccessfully and subsequently contacted police.
