A champion of Prince Edward County was recognized for his unwavering commitment and outstanding contributions that have "significantly enriched" the community. Mayor Steve Ferguson presented former Warden and councillor Jim Dunlop with a Civic Recognition Certificate on Tuesday night for his exemplary municipal and community service.
