Kingston Integrated Care Hub to remain closed amidst safety review

The Integrated Care Hub in Kingston remains closed after three people were stabbed in the area last Thursday. The area at 661 Montreal Street -- that includes the Belle Park Encampment -- is still closed to the public after Kingston Police responded to stabbings that took the lives of two people and put a third person in the hospital.
