The 44th annual Terry Fox Run at West Zwick’s Park was a success

The 44th annual Terry Fox Run at West Zwick's Park, Belleville on Sunday, September 15, 2024 was a success. An estimated 150 people were in attendance by 10:00am. $48,000 had already been raised before the run began. The event was able to raise $50,000 last year and Vicki Samaras believed they would surpass that number this year. 31-year-old Kayla Rose of Belleville spoke before the runners took off. Kayla Rose has been fighting stage III breast cancer and now bone cancer. She reminded everyone to stay determined and remain positive throughout, saying "Just like Terry, no matter what."   Liberal MPP...
