Local WWII veteran passes away at 104

One of Canada's and Quinte's last remaining war veterans has passed away. Joe Reid, who died on Christmas Day, served the country as a Naval veteran in World War II, doing east coast and trans-Atlantic duty on ships such as the HMCS Columbia before returning home.
