Belleville police searching for missing 26-year-old man

City police are searching for a missing 26-year-old Belleville man in the area of College Street West and Sidney Street. Andrew Robinson was last seen on video walking east on College Street West from Sidney Street on Monday at 2:25 a.m. Police said Robinson was not dressed for the weather. Robinson is described as approximately 5’11” and 155 lbs.  He has short black hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing white track pants, a tie-dye ELEMENT long sleeve shirt and black shoes.  He was wearing a black backpack and carrying a teddy bear. Residents in the area are asked to check...
