Sutha’s Pizza cooks up big fundraising total for TMHF

One of the newest food spots in Quinte West is giving back to a worthy cause and going the next mile to do so. Sutha's Pizza Bar & Grill and its owner, Sutha Thurairajah, raised more than $26,300 to support the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation in celebration of the restaurant's first anniversary. $20,000 of that total alone was contributed by the owner himself, while more than $6,000 was collected through weekly sales donations. That money will go toward purchases of priority medical equipment for the hospital in Trenton. A cheque was presented last Friday to TMHF executive director Lindsay Butcher-Dodds, who said...
