Another local hockey player is making headway in the college ranks. After Belleville's Trevor Hoskin was named Atlantic Hockey America Rookie of the Month for October, Madoc product Dalton Bancroft was presented the Forward of the Week award for his NCAA Conference (ECAC Hockey). The 23-year-old forward notched three goals and an assist in two games last week for the Cornell Big Red. Bancroft is in his junior year at Cornell following a junior hockey career with the Trenton Golden Hawks and Wellington Dukes. He is the son of former Belleville Bull Steve Bancroft....
