Paint “Spirit Notes” with Theresa Brant at Macpherson House July 23rd

As part of the summer event lineup at Macpherson House and Park, the Museum of Lennox and Addington is absolutely delighted to welcome back their friend, Theresa Brant, for a paint-in night at the house on Tuesday, July 23rd at 6:15PM. Theresa, a self-taught Mohawk Artist from the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory in Ontario, will guide participants through their own versions of her painting “Spirit Notes” (pictured below). In Theresa’s words: “’Spirit Notes’ feathers are like music notes, each one carrying a unique message of love, support, and Remembrance. It reminds us that we are never truly alone.” This ages 13+...
