Trenval Business Development Corporation is hoping to further bolster economic development with a financial allocation. At its recent annual general meeting, it was highlighted that Trenval will be allocating $100,000 of its Community Futures programing to offer Trenval’s Community Empowerment for Economic Development (CEED) initiative. This funding will be available to community non-profits to get a project off the ground or enhance existing activities. Executive director Amber Darling stated this is the second year the organization supported its economic development programing.
