Localized fire flow testing in Picton Oct 9

The County of Prince Edward will conduct localized fire flow testing in the Picton Drinking Water System on Thursday, Oct 9. Testing will take place on Barker St and Center St between the hours of 9am and 11am. Flow testing and rating is conducted to support fire protection in The County. Fire fighters use the fire hydrant rating result to anticipate the water supply available through a hydrant when they arrive at the scene of a fire.
