Suspect arrested following disturbance at Marmora convenience store

One person is facing charges after a disturbance at a convenience store in Marmora. On Wednesday October 8, 2025, shortly before 11:00 p.m., officers with the Central Hastings Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the location on Matthew Street. An individual reportedly became aggressive, and threw items at the store employee, resulting in property damage but no serious injuries. The suspect fled before officers arrived.
