Dukes fall to Rangers, Pirates outlast Chiefs in shootout

It was a wild day for both Prince Edward County junior hockey clubs on Tuesday. In North York, the Dukes were shocked by the previously winless Rangers 5-4. The game saw four lead changes, with the Rangers erasing a fast start to the third period with goals from Evan Snyder and Matthew Babiy. Zack Carrier and Ethan Murray each had three points, while Maxime Morin notched his first goal as a Duke. Royden Smith made 34 saves. The Dukes have a quick turnaround for a rare Wednesday afternoon game at 2:30 p.m. versus the St. Michael's Buzzers at Lehigh Arena....
