Dream Industrial REIT Appoints Chief Operating Officer

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DREAM INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) or (the “Trust”) and DREAM OFFICE REIT (TSX: D.UN) or (“Dream Office”) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gord Wadley as the Trust's Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2026. In his new role with the Trust, Mr. Wadley will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio operations including property management and leasing. Mr. Wadley is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Dream Office REIT. He joined the company in 2011 and has held progressively senior positions including Vice President, Leasing and Senior Vice President, Commercial Properties. Prior to joining Dream Office, Mr. Wadley worked in commercial brokerage for CB Richard Ellis providing commercial representation to corporate clients both domestic and international.
