Another Paper Ghost Stories game drops on September 5th

Have you heard of Paper Ghost Stories? You really should have if you’re into Asian horror. This planned anthology made by Cellar Vault Games takes inspiration from Malaysian ghost stories, Malaysia being the developer’s country of origin. They first released Paper Ghost Stories: 7PM in 2020, a short but creepy horror experience that got a decent amount of attention and positive reviews. With Paper Ghost Stories: Third Eye Open, the developers hope to take a crack at making a full, six-hour horror game. Third Eye Open uses the same interesting visual style as the previous game and revolves around a little girl who can see spirits, a power that greatly influences her life – for better and worse. Watch the trailer below if you’re interested, and be sure to check out Paper Ghost Stories: Third Eye Open when it releases for PC and Consoles on September 5th.
